Hidden Springs – our organic estate vineyard
Since we purchased the farm that we call Hidden Springs in 2001, we have been on a slow and steady journey to bring out the best in our earth, employing both organic and biodynamic farming practices. We’ve also worked to capture the rainwater that falls upon the land to return to our aquifers, enhance the soil through cover-cropping & compost, and protect the wildlife that call this farm home. Farming our land entirely organically since the beginning, we recently certified our entire estate vineyard “organic” with CCOF, and are now considering biodynamic certifications. All of the holistic management practices employed on Hidden Springs create synergies that we feel you can taste in these terroir-driven wines.
